I continue to be amazed at just how many hits are made, but more particularly the number of visitors who tell me about finding us via the web. These comments are unsolicited and more particularly are always complimentary on the ease of navigation and information suplied. Have recently returned from Singapore and during my visit I made contact with 3 Travel agents who specialise in the SA market. My main marketing tool was my web site as it told the story of what we offer and did it so much better than photos and my personal sales pitch. Thank you and best wishes for your future success. Sincerely Paul commenced a small project, to rebuild a new website, some time ago. Me, the website illiterate and he, the website guru! Paul is infinitely patient, listens well and never gets exasperated. He quickly gathers an understanding of what you want to achieve and makes suggestions to the process. Along the way we discussed the possibilities and practicalities of what would work and what could be improved upon. We achieved what we wanted with an incredibly smooth and seamless transition to the new site. During the process, he coached me and made me do some work too! I now have a great website, with great e-commerce capacity and I understand so much more about what I am doing. I am truly amazed at the way you handled the situation. Instead of talking about it, you actually did something. You attended our meeting with digital camera in hand and whilst I rambled on, you took photos. The following day, I had a website. The following week, I wrote business from the first few hits. Now all I have to do is give you the information I promised a long time ago so that you can complete the job. This promised information will follow as soon as I get around to it, I promise. Certainly before Christmas anyway.
